Condizioni applicabili a clienti e passeggeri che prenotano trasferimenti privati con Blackline Transfers.

2. Ambito del servizio

We operate a booking and coordination platform for private transfers with authorized professional drivers. Unless expressly stated in writing, transport services are carried out by legally authorized independent drivers.

3. Prenotazione e responsabilità del cliente

  • The customer must provide accurate pickup, destination, date, time, and passenger details.
  • Luggage and any special requirements must be declared correctly.
  • Errors or omissions may lead to operational adjustments, surcharges, or inability to provide the service.

4. Capacità del veicolo e bagagli

The customer must choose a vehicle suitable for passengers and luggage. The vehicle's legal capacity will not be exceeded. Special or oversized luggage must be declared before confirming the booking.

If the booked capacity is insufficient due to incorrect data, additional costs may apply or a refund may not be granted.

5. Animali

They are accepted only upon prior request and written confirmation. The customer must provide type and size details and ensure an appropriate transport system.

The customer assumes responsibility for the animal's behavior and any potential damage or extraordinary cleaning. Assistance dogs are transported in accordance with applicable law.

6. Prezzi e pagamento

Prices are confirmed at booking and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, changes after confirmation, undeclared luggage, or damage caused by passengers.

7. Cancellazioni e no-show

  • Cancellations made more than one week in advance may be refundable.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice: non-refundable.
  • Same-day cancellations: non-refundable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

8. Politica di attesa

  • Airport: up to 90 minutes from official landing time.
  • Hotel/residence/other point: up to 15 minutes from the scheduled time.
  • After that time, additional charges or no-show may apply.

9. Ritardi dei voli

We monitor flights automatically. Included waiting time does not exceed 3 hours from official arrival (except under special conditions agreed in advance). Beyond this threshold, an additional charge or operational cancellation may apply.

10. Comportamento dei passeggeri

Respectful and safe behavior must be maintained. The driver may refuse or terminate the service in cases of aggression, intoxication, safety risk, or damage to the vehicle.

11. Limitazione di responsabilità

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for incidents beyond reasonable control (traffic, accidents, weather, road closures, or third-party delays). Where liability cannot be legally excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.

12. Protezione dei dati e cookie

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable regulations (GDPR). This site uses technical cookies necessary for its operation.

13. Legge applicabile e giurisdizione

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable to consumers.
